Having an issue which has just recently started. 2 month old GPU, 3080 Founders edition has started doing this and I'm unsure why. Have tried multiple fixes and can't find a solution. I've uninstalled drivers using DDU and used fresh installs. All my games are having texture issues which are popping in or having weird lighting issues. Is my card faulty or is it something else? any help would be appreciated

Motherboard: Asus Maximus Hero 13
CPU: Intel i9-11900
RAM: 32gb DDR4 corsair vengeance
GPU: 3080 Founders Edition
PSU: Corsair RM850x 850w

Sometimes some textures just flicker like crazy and don't stop, sometimes they don't render unless im stood right next to them in game, or they just suddenly pop in. Some cases have lighting issues. Any fixes/ideas what is causing this?
