Question What is really happening with my audio?

So recently a problem has occurred every day, and i really cant find the solution other than doing random stuff and it fixes itself. So here it is: My audio devices connected to my motherboard (3.5mm jack in front and the one in the back) suddenly stops giving sound. And no, it is not muted or anything related of the sort. Ive been in Audio Devices etc, troubleshot etc. It is displayed perfectly fine as it should be in every part of the OS. But my headset and my speaker (connected with a green jack and a usb, old one). When problem occurs my monitor speakers are workin completely fine. My initial process to ''fix'' this is to open my side panel push all the little ''connections'' at the bottom of my motherboard. But connections i mean the pins i guess. This usually doesnt work (i think). Then i just completely shut it off and wait and start it on, then i restart it multiple times. I also go into my BIOS and reset, change back do all sorta things. And this usually dont work either to be fair. But both times i did alot of these things and suddenly the sound is there and i am confused. Some extra info:

- I have noticed one of the pins isn't connected, its displays ''+P LED''.

- I have a z490-F mobo

Thank you, ill gladly send pictures if you experts are gonna need it

Possibly a software issue. When was the last time you updated your motherboard and audio chipset drivers? Always my first step with misbehaving sound.

+P LED should be the power LED positive wire there should also be a -P LED wire. Is your Power LED working? (Do you have one?) This can vary a little by case, sometimes there is an unlit reset or power switch on more minimalistic designs.

If you are using a USB sound device, it is quite common for that to be an independent sound device. Might also be a problem with your USB ports, check them for damaged pins and debris on both your motherboard and your devices. Unplug USB devices you aren't using while troubleshooting.

Hey, thanks for your reply. First of all i know that the +P LED were plugged in before, and no one of the 4 lights are lighting up so thats out of the debate. I actually dont think i have ever manually updated my motherboard since i got my pc (1-1,5 years) i know i tried to find new audio drivers for my devices that are not functioning, but i dont know if that is what you mean by ''Audio Chipset Drivers''. I know it is not an USB port problem as i've checked that off the list with trying every usb i have (which all of are occupied).

Ill update the drivers first thing tomorrow!
