You do realize that what you linked, also contains those GPUs that do have external PCI-E power slot, right?
E.g 2nd GPU from your list, EVGA SC Ultra Gaming has 6-pin PCI-E power slot;
Look if you spot the PCI-E power slot on that official image.

My motherboard is msi h61m-e33Check your PCI-E lane on the motherboards specks also some of the Dell and HP boards limited the lane to like 45 watts.
