How to keep temp under control on a gaming laptop?
Cooling Pad will be helpful?
Does 85c on CPU damage it in long term?
And what about GPU.

What is the healthy temp on gaming Lap Both CPU and GPU without reducing lifespan?

No real good way. Replace the thermal compound with a high end one. Thermal pads, same.

Cooling pads help mostly by getting a laptop off of surfaces, though the added airflow doesn't hurt.

Theoretically, 90C is about right for the CPU with a true max of 100 or 105 before shutdown. Nvidia GPUs will throttle at 83C typically. You can force the GPU to run hotter, but that can actually make performance worse. You really aren't in control there, only the boost algorithm really decides clock speed.

Voltage is the real killer of components, heat less so. But the cooler the better, more efficient.

Okay
What is the normal period to change thermal paste?
1 Year?
So staying in 90c will be fine?

Normal period? For most people, never, the paste that OEMs include is the way it is because it can last that long, though it is an easy way to get an older PC running faser.

Higher performance pastes can last as long, but generally should be replaced I would say every two - three years, and a general cleaning at least once a year.

90C is not ideal, but the CPU is designed to handle it. If you wanted to reduce temperatures, and thereby get more performance, then changing it out now is good.

Higher temperatures do wear out electronics faster, but they're designed to run at least as long as the warranty period and even then, most electronics last much longer than that as long as it's properly maintained.
Thanks
Do u got any tips to keep the heat lower as possible.?
