Okay I've tried a lot of things to fix this issue, if it can be fixed at all, and none of them worked.
The issue is in both GTA 4 and GTA 5, where there is a strange graphical flicker whenever I move the camera.
Here is some footage of it in GTA 5
and for some reason when camera is facing this point there seems to be the LEAST amount of flickering
This while NOT MY footage perfectly exemplifies my problem in GTA 4
I run both games on max settings in general and I've tried pretty much everything I can think of like:
Toggling the settings in the Nvidia Control Panel.
Messing around with Nvidia Profile Inspector.
Toggling the in game settings one by one and option by option.
Updating GPU drivers
and so much more.
Can anyone please tell me what this is? And is it fixable? If so how?
My specs are
GPU: RTX 4080 16GB
RAM: 32GB
CPU: i9 9900k 3.60GHz
Thank you in advance
