Question Which Laptop GPU should i choose?

Im looking forward to buying a new laptop but i can't decide on which GPU should i choose. I basically have 3 options:

1. Buy a 1060 gpu for the cheapest and earliest
2. Wait untill rtx 2060 laptop prices drop a bit(They're too expensive for me at the moment)
3. Wait for the Gtx 1660ti and hope it comes to laptops at a decent price.

What do you guys think? Should i even bother with the newer gpus or should i just buy the 1060? Im looking for 1080p gaming, 60 fps is enough (unless it's a competitive title) but i'd like for it to hold up over time so i could play some future releases (regardless of the settings).

Try to find a laptop with the GTX1070 in it. That should be good for 1080p games and be a little bit more future proof for games coming out.

Sadly The gtx 1070 laptops are even more expensive than rtx 2060's (even the max-q ones) so i'll pass.

Interesting. So I guess GTX1060 6GB it is then.
