Question Wifi Adaptor on Motherboard Broken?

So Ive had my ASROCK H310M-ITX/ac motherboard for about 3 months now. I adjust the WiFi receptors regularly to gain a better signal. Well one day I was doing this and I realised the nuts on the golden screw parts where they screw onto were after becoming completely loose, so I decided to screw them back on after removing the receptors, in the process of this I turned the golden screws themselevs and they too appear to wiggle around, I don’t know if they always did this or not, but ever since my internet signal is abysmal, I used to get around 4mbps download speed now I get a few kb if I’m lucky, sometimes I can adjust it slightly that it actually loads in webpages. But nothings working to get it back please help I worked for a year almost for this pc and now it’s all for nothing.
