Part picker is showing a possible incompatibility, but I need a MITX board as I have already bought the case.

(This is an upgrade, and I am only buying the CPU, mobo and RAM)

To avoid the BIOS not being compatible out of the box with ryzen 2 just get a B450 mobo. This one is a bit more expensive than the one you picked however.
