[SOLVED] Windows recovery issue.

Hi. Having a bizarre problem with my PC.
Every time I boot up it takes me straight to recovery. That in itself is fine.

The problem is the keyboard and mouse don't work. Tried switching the USB ports and restarting every time but nothing.
Have used a ps/2 adaptor, nothing.
Borrowed a ps/2 keyboard and that didn't work either.

Unfortunately I can't give you any specs because I don't remember and I can't log into the PC to check.

I just don't know where to go from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use the windows media creation tool to make a bootable USB and boot from that. There you can do recovery stuff or reinstall windows.

if that doesn't work still then you have major hardware failures. maybe it's time for a new pc

Got it sorted.

I removed the SSD and just had my HDD plugged in and it worked lol. Super simple after all of that.
