Question 5th and 6th PCIE Slot for GPU, is not detecting the Cards. (Mining)

Hello there, I've been strugling the last few days on this issue.. The issue is that on my new Mining Rig, I've tried to connect the 5th and 6th GPU on the Motherboard, but when I do so It just opens and it doesn't boot Windows at all.
When I'm only using the 4 GPU, everything boots up normally.

My Rig's specs are:
MotherBoard : Fatal1ty B360 Gaming K4
CPU : Intel i3 8300
RAM : 2x HyperX 4GB each 2666MHz
SSD : Samsung 870 EVO 250GB
GPU : 6x RTX 3070 GIGABYTE 8GB GAMING OC
PSU : 2x BeQuiet 850 Watt 80 Gold Plus
RISER : 6x Generic Risers

Windows 10 Pro, installed.
BIOS changed to 4G Decoding Enabled and Gen 1 and 2 Tested

If you have any suggestion on what I could do, so I can plug in also the 5th and 6th gpus... please give me a help!

I got 8 of them :3
but I'm not ready for the M.2 to PCIE
so trying to install just the 6 of them

For 950$ each, by NVIDIA itself.

Here in Greece the Retail price was 799 Euro and I got them 1 month ago for 810 Euro. So I was pretty lucky
