[SOLVED] Apps not showing up on new drive

I just got an NVMe ssd and put windows on it, but whenever I search for any app, nothing from my other drives show up.

If this is a new/fresh installation of Windows then it knows absolutely nothing of any previously installed apps. You will have to reinstall all of them.
