[SOLVED] Are RTX 2070 super OC versions worth buying than normal cards?

Hi just wondering if the RTX OC versions are worth buying?

So currently Im planning upgrading my GPU. so heres are the options

1) ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Twin Fan 8GB for $499.00

2) MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB for $450.00

3) Not interested on other cards as they are much expensive. also not a fanboy of AMD too

so does the extra $50 worth it for some +30 MHz boost clock of the MSI model?
I have other components to buy aswell

All the gpus of the same type perform almost the same. That oc version will get you probably like max 5 fps more.
