Question Bulding A PC, what to choose?RTX 4070 TI super OR 4080 super for 2k 2560 x1440res 144hz gaming, or even rtx 3090 (can get full build cheaper) ?

This is my future config:
CPU: Ryzen 7800x3d
GPU: RTX 4070ti strix super or strix 4080 ?
MEMORY: 2x16gb corsair vengeance 6000mhz
MOBO: B650 E E STRIX ASUS
PSU: TX750M 750W 80+ GOLD
MONITOR: above 144hz 1ms 2k
cooler: BE QUIET PURE ROCK 2

Is it worth it to go with 4080 or stick with this build on this cpu for 1440p 2560 x 1440 gaming , editing premiere pro,photoshop? or even rtx 3090 since I can get full build with it cheaper then 4070 ti super, whats worth more according to performance etc?

cause I can get full build 3090 on for 1500e , and with 4070ti super will be like more expensive, whats better for performance and not to waste money

One glaring issue would be how you don't have a case listed in there, then is the fact that you don't have any headroom with the CPU cooler for your processor. You'd need a 280mm/360mm AIO or a beefy air cooler. Might want to parse a PCPartPicker link in case you have a list of parts there.
