GPU comes with one 3x 8-pin to 1x 16-pin adapter, while TX750m has only 2x 8-pin PCI-E power cables. You'd be one 8-pin PCI-E power cable short.

Yes, 750W unit does fine.

But if you want calculations, then;
CPU is 120W
GPU is 285W
Rest of the system is ~150W
All combined = ~555W.

CPU and GPU OC may add additional 100W or so, making total at 100% load, ~650W or so. Whereby 750W unit is enough.

You could run it with what you have.
2 connectors to a pigtail connector and the other off of the other PCI- E cable
