My car has USB-A and USB-C female ports. Can I buy something like this: https://www.temu.com/2-4g-300mbps-w...19766766111_czg6748cli&_x_sessn_id=0ogbxi4988

to boost the internet wifi signal of my car?

If I plug this into the USB port of my car, will it increase the download speed of the car's touchscreen's software updates? Also, do modern cars have 5.0Ghz and 6.0Ghz compatible internet speeds? (instead of just 2.4Ghz?)

Those ports are only for charging your devices or for playing media files on the usb flash drives.

So the answer is very simple, no.

Use your smartphone as the hotspot. Of course your smartphone should have data plan and must have hotspot feature and be able to turn it on.

And, the higher frequencies, the shorter distance the signal will travel. 2.4GHz signal will travel longer distance.

For this you need to be consulting with your dealer or the manufacturer. Only they know the answer. However, it's extremely likely that the USB port/s in your car only support the playback of audio from such things as USB thumbdrives.
