For a long time I had a Ryzen 5 5500 and gigabyte b450 mATX motherboard, which I messed up, so after that I upgraded to the MSI B550 Gaming Plus, but at first I had a problem with the RX 580; it was not giving me any output. While it was working on other motherboards, the MSI B550 Gaming Plus was not the problem either, because I was able to post and have output with the GTX 770. So, I assumed it was a pcie generation problem. While I had Gtx 770 installed, I changed PCI generation from auto to Gen 3. After that, finally, RX 580 gave me output, but now I have another issue. When I press the power switch, the GPU fans go full speed, and its speed goes from 100% to 0% immediately, and it goes straight into Windows without having the opportunity to go into BIOS. I tried restarting it and mashing the delete key, but when I do that, the PC does not post anymore. Please help me!!!

I would see if there is a motherboard bios update to the latest.
Your RX580 is a Gen 4 card. Selecting Gen 3 seems to be incompatable with that card, causing the bios problem. Mobo update might get it going. Worth a try.

Before I changed pcie generation configuration to gen 3, I updated the bios to latest but it didn’t work.

Latest bios and pcie generation set to auto didn’t had any response.

2 x pcie x16 in the specs

If that doesn't work, a cmos reset is probs last option
