Question computer dont post

8 GB 2400 MHZ DDR4
GTX 1050Ti
Cooler Master 450 Watt 80+

I couldnt play a single game for 3 months because I couldn't get my pc fixed due to covid-19 and I am frustrated as after 3 months i got to replace my gpu and my pc still doesnt start

problem with my pc
As soon as i turn my pc on my motherboard starts everything seems normal and fans spin as usual but the ez debug led glows on cpu and dram now i am pretty sure my cpu is properly installed and there is no issue with ram as i read on msi website that dram debug led glows either when ram is faulty or cpu has not initialised, and ram is 100% working.
I thought my cpu isnt running so I removed the heatsink and tried again , I carefully touched my cpu running and can tell you that it was hot and running

earlier in this issue
I have tried every f'ing thing to fix my pc even got my Motherboard repaired and my graphic card replaced .nothing seems to work

reset the BIOS by jumper JBAT1 (read the manual how to)

the video cable is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard?

try a different power supply

in which slots are the memory modules installed?

thank you for replying mate,
i have tried both the slots for ram didnt work,
the video cable (hdmi) is fine its plugged into gpu
. I think I'll try the jumper method as I dont have another power supply
