Update: It's about the monitor. I unplugged the D-Sub cable from the monitor, plugged it back and then screen appeared. It didn't acted like this before BIOS update. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

I solved it by replacing D-Sub cable by HDMI one. After new driver or BIOS update, they apparently don't support D-Sub (VGA) cables anymore. So people, if you have this problem try to replace older cable with newer one and if your monitor and GPU have more types of video connectors (for example HDMI, VGA), try them both.
