Question Double Graphics Card

I currently have 3060Ti in which i am facing problem while streaming any AAA tittle i play at lowest setting @1440p
so i am thinking to upgrade with 4070ti super and use 3060ti as streaming graphics card while using OBS and 4070ti super while gaming.
Is it possible that one card is used for gaming and other for streaming.

Aio :- Corsair iCUE H150i Elite XT 360mm
Psu :- Corsair CX750M 750Watt (will Upgrade After double gpu)
Cab :- CM TD500 Mesh
Monitor :- LG 32QN600 And LG 27GN800 both DP port

Possible - Yes. But different question is how viable it is, since you'd have only 1 CPU that has to do everything for two GPUs.
