So a few years ago I bought this used Asus K53SC, and ever since I've bought it there's been some dust in the screen. I waited, since I might get used to it, but after 2 years I still get annoyed every day. I can't get a picture of it, because you will only see the squared lines arround the pixels with a photo.

Try to take picture from above, aside or from bottom if its visible.
It may not be dust tho.

If i might add, the first layer is usually like "Screen protector". Which can be removed not soo "Easily".

The screens are put together pretty tightly; this might actually be a minor display defect. It's difficult for things to get into the layers of the LCD, let alone debris.

You can disassemble things and attempt to clean them, but know you run the risk of making things worse.
Yeah, I know that you could clean it by disassembling it, but I don't wanna break things like you said. I'm not gonna spend €79,99,- for a new screen because of these small spots.
