Hello everyone! Recently, I attempted to power on my XFX GTS RX 580 graphics card. System did not want to power on with it installed. With further testing turns out that first 3 (12V pads) on PCI-e edge connector are shorted to ground. (I will attach picture for better understanding) Is there any hope for repairing the GPU?

Well im no expert when it comes to CB repairs, but there is a short somewhere on the PCB or the GPU die its self, sometimes you can find it with a thermal imaging camera by plugging it in and powering it on and see what heats up more than what it should, thats if the system will power it, seen some people back feed a small amount of power threw the shorted pins and find where the short is, but thats well out of my league. If you can't find any visible damage on the card, its probably not gong to be an easy fix.
