Question GPU Unutilized in Games / 0% in Task Manager

Intel i5-7600K @ 4GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

My drivers are up to date and I have no GPU usage in game. Temperatures are fine and it is being used elsewhere on my PC, so I know it is connected and functioning.
