Question Headphones have bad quality sound if i activate my headphone mic?

I have the JBL Tune500 Bluetooth headphones. When I have the mic on with the headset on, the sound is distorted and very bad. you always hear a crack in your ear. But when I turn off the mic, the sound quality is perfect and there is no cracking any more. But I need the microphone e.g. for Discord or I can't use the voice chat in CSGO. Can anyone help me? I can't get any further

Does it do the same thing on other sources, PS3/4 phone/tablet? if the symptoms follow the headset across devices it is the headset at issue. if its just on the PC it could be a driver issue for your bluetooth controller or other software issues or the bluetooth hardware itself.

at my phone i dont have this problem. in Pc i have this problem with the mic and distorted sound. i dont have the best knowlegde about drivers and hardware,
