[SOLVED] how do i upgrade my Gpu to rtx 3060 ti without bottlenecking it ?

cpu i5-4670k, gpu
zotac 1050ti mini
mobo- gigabyte z87x-ud3h, bios version F10b
psu corsair cs650m
ram corsair 4x4gb @1600 mhz
Crucia MX 500 500gb ssd
WD 1TB sata internal hdd, AHCI
cabinet: cooler master haf 912
cpu cooler-Hyper 212X
OS: Windows10

Now i wanna upgrade my GPU to rtx 3060 ti . but for in game FPS how much % of bottleneck my gpu will have cause of pcie 3.0 X16 and that old cpu and overall my system? Btw pc-builds.com showing 49% bottleneck for gpu intensive work, is that calculator viable? What will b the optimum cost effective way to remove that bottlneck ? do i have to do build another brand new 1k $ system for that? thats impossible for me right now But i really wanna upgrade my GPU to rtx 3060 ti for more fps in game and i see this gpu has best performance/price ratio. is there any cpu which can b used on that mobo and will not bottleneck rtx 3060 ti? what should i do here?

I would probably replace the psu since it's pretty old to use CS series, since 3000 series are more ampere sensitive from what i've read (could trip the psu under load). You don't want to bottleneck it? the max you could do is to buy an i7 4770/K or i7 4790/K, but then itself wouldnt be enough or "feel" able since they're both 4C, with the i7 have the multithread performance + higher clocks.

If you want to be dirt cheap, but also good enough, an Asrock B560M Pro4/B560 Pro4 + i3 10100F/10105F combo, with any ddr4 ram speed off your desire.

OR get a good/decent priced B660M/B660 board and grab a 12100F, it should be a lot better, with the option to get a better cpu later on.

OR if you want to get amd, a B550 and a Ryzen 5600/X if you need the pcie 4.0 and worry much about bottlenecking, but if you want to dirt cheap but ok, B450/B450M Pro4, Steel Legend, with Ryzen 5 5500 would be good, still limited to pcie 3.0 tho.

With that platform there is no way to not have a bottleneck.
4770k/4790k/4770's are easy to come by, I got mine with a mobo and ram for 100 bucks. Even still you'll still be cpu and ram speed limited, but not really a huge deal. You do however need more threads 4 is not enough for modern games.

Modern MB and an i3 can be found really cheap.
3060ti is too much for the 4670. Still your performance will skyrocket, but you'll be leaving a lot of performance on the table.

By ignoring the term "bottleneck". It is confusing and misleading.

Putting in a better part will not make the system run slower, or give worse performance.
Given the existing platform, the only issue will be that the new 3060 ti is not being fully utilized.

You will not get lower frame rate.
You WILL be able to turn the graphics level up quite a bit.


And the 'bottleneck calculator'?
Pure trash. No connection with any reality. Should be ignored completely.

Resizable BAR is an optional PCI Express interface technology. assets can instead be requested as-needed and sent in full, so the CPU can efficiently access the entire frame buffer. And if multiple requests are made, transfers can occur concurrently, rather than queuing.
