Question install windows 10/8/7 error 0x80070570

If anyone can figure this out, you will be forever a GOD to me...

I can't seem to install windows to my new Samsung SSD.... it gives me error 0x80070570
I have downloaded the latest iso from the microsoft site, I have even tried installing wins 7 and 8 but still get this error...
I have tried installing with rufus...
Also have tried multiple disk checks/ changing raid to achi... googled this error and did so many things...

But still no luck... I cannot install any version of windows onto this SSD at all, I luckily have access to windows and internet thru my HDD so I can download and manage the drives easily... I just wanna experience life with windows on a SSD...

It's a custom one I built a couple years ago but here we go

Samsung ssd 500gb
Corsair hx 1050 psu
2 msi gtx 650 GPU's in sli
Z97 deluxe motherboard from Asus
i7 7000k processor
I have 4 g skill 8gx2 ram


Slots a1a2 on moba doesnt work with ram in it cpu turns on and off if sticks are in there but cpu boots fine when ram in slots b1b2 and using a hdd... I'm trying to get windows installed onto the ssd slot it would be faster... I did fresh install on both lol I'm just restarting everything, this code pops up on the ssd install though... I have tried so many different things lol I'm losing my mind over it... I always seem to find that one error that a few people get and the fixes I find never work lol

If you can help me in anyway I already thank you I've been at this thing for 2 or 3 days lol
