I'm building my first pc for video editing / photoshop.
Is the sapphire rx 590 nitro+ too weak for the i9 9900k?

I will not use this build for gaming except for maybe light 1080p gaming at max 60 fps.

Is the rtx 2070 worth it at 300 euros more?

No. That GPU is not weak for the CPU. If you just want to do light Gaming, then paying 300 euros more for the RTX GPU might not be worth it.

I agree. The RX 590 is fine unless you were into serious gaming at high rez and max fps. Which you're not. In that case, your CPU could handle most any faster card to wanted to use. As for photo editing/photoshop, the GPU isn't in that much demand.
