Question Is there any way to upgrade my Lenovo Yoga 510 for video editing purposes?!

First of all, I've just bought a decent camera for making some short films. Until very recently I was a film student, so this gave me access to my university's cameras and editing software... Now I need to do everything on my own! Since I have bought a camera, that's pretty much all my budget blown aside from about £200. The only thing I have for editing is a Lenovo Yoga 510 (about 3 years old now) and I know it's a much less than perfect device for this kind of work, but it's the only damn thing I can use. I've found out that I can replace the HDD with an SDD as well as upgrade the ram, but that's about it... How much difference would this kind of modification make to the overall performance? I intend to use Davinci Resolve editing software by the way, and create short videos in 1080p.

Here are my current specs:

AMD Radeon R5 Graphics Card
AMD A9-9410 Processor ---- "2.9GHz to 3.5GHz with Turbo Boost"
1TB HDD
8gb RAM

Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated, cheers!
