My PC used to turn on in less than 10 seconds. Some days ago, it started to take a really long time in BIOS logo screen (around 80 seconds). I didn't change anything in BIOS settings and I only have 3 startup programs, that were able since I got my PC more than a year ago.
I'm really worried about it.

My specs:

Windows 10 Home

Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1660
8gb DDR4 2,666Mhz
AsRock B450M Steel Legend
Corsair 650w

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What version of Windows 10 are you on? What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Model for your Corsair PSU?

Just an observation, you should be working with DDR4-3200MHz rams when on a Ryzen platform.
