TL;DR
1. Are there any 360mm AIOs with long enough tubes to install them with tubes down in a Lian Li Lancool II Mesh?

2. Will a 280mm AIO + a 120mm fan fit in the front of a Lian Li Lancool II Mesh?

3. If the answer is Yes on question 1 and 2, which alternativ is better? (May need to read the entire post to answer this)

Lancool II Mesh cooling
I'm planning to buy Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance for my pc build and I need help with the cooling solution, mainly with the AIO and front fans.

PC Build:
Ryzen 5 5600X overclocked
4x8GB RAM overclocked (stock 3600MHz, CL16)
1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD (Most likely a ssd that will need good cooling to not throttle)
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 overclocked (or something along those lines, whatever comes back in stock first)
Motherboard Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro V2

Cooling:
I want to have the radiator installed with the tubes at the bottom of the radiator. It's important that I get good cooling for not only the CPU and GPU but also the RAM and M.2 SSD. It's also important that there is as little noice as possible, both from the water pump and from the fans.

Fans and AIO
AIO in the front with intake fans. (Most likely Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer II 280 or a 360mm AIO.)
3 exhaust fans at the top/back of the case.
2 intake fans above the PSU.

I have 3 options:
1. 360mm AIO installed with tubes at the bottom of the radiator (will need very long tubes to reach the cpu)
2. 280mm AIO + 120mm fan beneth it (idk if this will fit)
3. 280mm AIO with no other fans at the front

Questions I need help with:
1. How would the 3 options listed above compare with eachother in terms of total system cooling performance? Would there be big performance differences between them.
2
. Are there any 360mm AIOs with long enough tubes to install them with tubes down?
3.
Will a 280mm AIO + a 120mm fan fit in the front of a Lancool II Mesh?

1)Only option 3 is possible, so there's no performance to actually compare here.
2)No.
3)No.

1)No. 400mm long is the max on most hybrids, with fewer models being 380mm long. Tubes down should be possible with smaller size hybrids, but not 360mm units.
2)No. The combination isn't compatible with the fan bracket; it has certain restrictions. Check the product page to see what I mean: https://lian-li.com/product/lancool-ii-mesh/
(Scroll down to 'Multi-way fan/radiator bracket' and 'How to install the multi-way fan/radiator bracket)

3)I read the whole post... only Option 3 is viable.

Is this info simply from reading the product page or have you looked at the case yourself to make sure there is no way to make option 2 work?

What about a "push/pull" configuration where the fans overlap eachother, looking something like this:

The 0´s are there to push the lines to the correct spots. Hopefully this makes sense to look at.

Reading through the product page, as well as Gamers' Nexus and Tom's Hardware reviews.

What about a "push/pull" configuration?
2 fans = 50mm thick
Radiator = 27-30mm thick, except for Liquid Freezer 2 which is 38mm
= 77-80mm, 88mm with LF2
The front has a max clearance of 110mm.
