Games i played before are now getting massive fps drops down to 20 fps. Before these games played perfectly, above 60 fps.
I checked cpu usage and at first its like 30% but then it goes down to 10% and lower. Gpu usage is fine. Is there anyway to fix this

I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers (Using ddu) and checked for viruses.

Gpu usage is 100%

Its plugged in and its set to ultimate performance.

The laptops temperature is okay when doing normal stuff. But when gaming it gets hot. Which is normal im pretty sure

Normal yes, but if it gets too hot then it needs to throttle things to prevent it from burning itself out. Opening it up and cleaning the heatsinks and fans can help. If temps on the CPU are hotting than 65C, or if the GPU gets hotter than 80C I'd do this.
