So recently my "I7-13700KF" processor was heating up a lot, especially here in my city which today is reaching 42°c, so I researched if there was any way to cool down my processor, the first topics that appeared were about Undervolting, so there I went to research about it and followed a tutorial from an American who had the same processor as mine and it cooled down by almost 15°c and gained performance, I followed the procedure through the BIOS like the video and after saving by pressing F10, my computer turned off, now it doesn't even run the fans it's like it's unplugged from the power, when i try to turn it on the only thing i hear is a click from the power supply trying to turn on and nothing else, but it still passes power, i can charge devices, through the case and motherboard .
Tried resetting CMOS with and without battery - Didn't work
I left the motherboard battery out overnight - Didn't work
Note: When I remove one of the two atx12v cables from the cpu, the motherboard turns on but no video (I don't understand why this happens)
SETUP
