When i start up my computer, the gpu's fan goes 100% , and it display nothing to the monitor. I unscrewed everything and put it back in place to make sure everything was where its supposed to be and that nothing is loose. I have tried another GPU on my motherboard and it is the same result.
I can use the integrated from the motherboard no problem, that's how i am making this post. I will put my specs down below and a video.
