When i start up my computer, the gpu's fan goes 100% , and it display nothing to the monitor. I unscrewed everything and put it back in place to make sure everything was where its supposed to be and that nothing is loose. I have tried another GPU on my motherboard and it is the same result.

I can use the integrated from the motherboard no problem, that's how i am making this post. I will put my specs down below and a video.

Here are the specs:

Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit

Solution
It may be the PSU no longer able to supply enough power with a PCIe GPU installed (FSP power supplies are known to be unreliable and poor quality so it's certainly a possibility).

reset the BIOS by jumper

edit:
which other GPU did you test with it?

Was it working before?

Yes, it worked before. The other GPU worked as well, it is GT 210 i belive, from an old PC, but i know for sure it works cause i used that old pc recently, like 2 weeks ago.
