Hello wise people. I've been noticing lag in some of my games as of late. Even some I wouldn't expect to be too intense. I've noticed it most on WoW and on Call of Cthulu just tonight (Limited to 60fps as I try to stream it). I have graphics kind of high I guess but due to nothing seeming to be stressed, I can't figure things out. The only problem I can see is that Task Manager says power usage is Very High, despite CPU / GPU / Memory etc all being in perfectly fine states, never a high percentage. I've noticed the issue even when not gaming. Watching a stream on Twitch using Google Chrome shows Power Usage at Very High for Google Chrome.

As it's not mentioned above, my power supply is: EVGA 650 GQ, 80+ GOLD 650W, Semi Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, Power Supply 210-GQ-0650-V3

I've not noticed any unreasonable temperatures myself. I don't really know how best to track down the cause of the issue either since nothing seems to stand out. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I do think I recently updated my Graphics Drivers. I can't recall if the issue existed before then.
I also recently updated all my motherboard drivers but that was after I noticed the issue so don't think those caused it. I can't see any drivers from AMD Ryzen for my processor, only recommended download was Ryzen Master. I think most of it's updates were handled when I updated the Bios and other drivers using Live Update 6.
I don't think I've done any big Windows updates but I don't tend to notice the small security ones when they happen as it's relativly instant. Only new software I can think of is my nVidia Broadcaster which I use to stop background sound on my microphone.
