Well I just finished my striker and 6600 build and I must say this board is fantastic!. Great overclocker and looks pretty sweet to boot! I've had no issues at all with it so far other than the ldc poster on the back flickers and when you turn it off the led's on the inside of the board are very bright(I have to hide it under a towel when i go to bed lol)
Have fun cause I know I did :)

Hi everybody,

I'm about to buy a new computer and i'm planing to get the Asus P5N32-E SLI motherboard. But i'm a bit worried that the memory modules i'm about to get wont work with it. I've read all over the place about people having problems with this board and memory modules.

I'm planing to get either "Corsair Dominator TWIN2X6400C4D" or the Corsair TWIN2X 6400C4.

Does anybody have any experience with this motherboard and corsair memory?

Thx for any help! Best Regards.

As far as I know Corsair is the brand that is know for working best with ASUS boards and the TWIN2X Im sure will work.

Im also sure that the Dominator will work since everybody has been doing reviews with those components again and again.

Yep, dominator corsiar is the best for nVidia chipset boards. Apart from being the best performance memory anyway, it has sli memory identifier thing built-in which the nVidia chipset reads.

I have the dominator 8888 memory on a striker extreme mobo and would be very happy with it it the crappy 680i northbridge could actually do 1111Mhz like the spec on the asus website says it should. But at that speed it won't even boot and I even have had corrupted flash.

I just turned that sh*t on and is AMAzING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant tell how I felt the moment I saw my screen with the logo REPUBLIC OF GAMERS and at the bottom STRIKER EXTREME 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O

Hey you know what! I got BIOS 701!!! First customers were getting 302 remember? And then ASUS released 402 after a month, since 1 week ago we had 505 and mines is loaded with 701!!! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

I have something to tell
Yesterday night when I built my pc to test components, my CPU had a temperature of 58c when I just first started. Weird then cuz it went up to 60c, then 67,68,69c and then went to 71c!

Once I was finished testing everything, I turned it off and cleaned the thermal paste on the cpu. I cant really wait for my Zalman 9700LED to arrive cuz no way im using that Intel stock cooler.

I just ordered an Asus P5N32-E SLI Motherboard and the E6600 cpu, will probably get it sometime next week. Now i just have to get the memory a gfx and some cooling :)
