"open with" problem

Hello,
I am having a problem w/ the "Open With' issue referenced on this site. I can get a fix for the registry, but cannot open it to run it--either from a removable drive or from the laptop.

Please advise

Not sure about what 'referenced on this site' means. The program needed to open the file in question is not installed on your system. In most instances the program needed is the program that created the file.
