[SOLVED] PC Keeps Crashing

I recently built my own PC and about a few months in, my Graphics Card kept crashing. Sometimes my whole system will restart no BSOD or anything. Other times my monitor will lose signal but I can still hear the sounds of the game. Also sometimes when i lose signal my GPU fan goes full speed until I manually restart it. This has been happening for about half a month. I have tried a clean install of graphics drivers but it still keeps happening. Majority of the time it happens while I'm in game. Other times it's when I'm watching YouTube. I went to support for EVGA and they told me to check my 12v in the bios. My 12v are showing 11.3 with the lowest being 11.083 and would fluctuate between 11.2-11.5 every few seconds. This leads me to believe my Power supply is dying. I turn off the system and when I go to power it up, it's now stuck on a on and off loop with no end. I tried to reset the bios my removing the cmos but it still keeps on looping. Before this happened though, I checked windows reliability and all the crashes pop up "Hardware error" I dont know the whole thing because it's on the computer but some of them said "Bad_Dumpfile" the other one I dont remember exactly but it had to do with nvidia and had the word "Unknown" in it. I just need a second opinion on whether or not it's my power supply. All temps were good, nothing was overheating. This build was completely new besides the hard drive and the power supply.
Specs will be listed down below:

CPU: intel core i9-9900k
MOTHERBOARD: gigabyte z390 aorus pro
GRAPHICS CARD: Evga rtx 2080 super ftw3
PSU: Corsair RM750i
RAM: OLOy warhawk rgb 4x8GB
COOLER: nzxt Kraken x72
Storage: 1tb western digital blue, Kingston a400 156 gb
BOOT DRIVE: samsung 970 evo M.2 250 GB
Fans: 3 rgb 120mm case fans

I believe the psu should be replaced.
My 12v are showing 11.3 with the lowest being 11.083 and would fluctuate between 11.2-11.5 every few seconds.
I'm no psu expert, but dips to 11.0v is too low, and would cause those crashes.
ATX12V standard specifies that the 12V rail should be within +-5% of the rated capacity, i.e. 11.4-12.6V.

Is the psu still under warranty? Have Corsair replace it for you.
First off, are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Have you made sure that you're on the latest OS version for Windows 10? We're currently on 1909. The other side to this story is, you mention a boot loop, can you get into BIOS screen and remain there indefinitely?

If you want to rule out the PSU for being the weak link, source a PSU that can deliver more than 650W of power to the entire system and try that out with the entire system breadboarded.

I can't get into the bios, my system just turns on for a second and then turns off.

I think so, I'll double check if it is. I just want to make sure if the power supply is causing the problem first.
