So i just put my new pc together and im trying to install windows, however in the boot priority nothing shows up, not any of the 3 hard drives i have plugged in. They will all show up over in storage information but theres no way for me to select what drives to use, also when i plug in my windows 10 install usb nothing happens and i cant get the pc to go to it, when i go to boot menu it just says the system can not find any bootable devices (i have unplugged 3 of the harddrives to install windowa on the m.2 for now and they all do the same thing) View: https://twitter.com/FrozenFire193/status/1099844368528302081?s=19

How did you prepare the USB drive with the installer? In UEFI mode you won't see the drives listed as boot devices when they have no bootable OS on them, so this part is normal. Once Windows is installed, you will see "Windows Boot Manager" as the preferred boot device in the BIOS.

I just downloaded the windows 10 installer off their website and installed it to a usb drive then put the usb in the back of the mobo

I need more detail about that. If you view the USB drive in another computer, do you see setup.exe, boot.ini, boot.efi, a folder called "sources" and a few other items? If not, the drive wasn't prepared correctly.

Code:
Using the tool to create installation media:

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. This table will help you decide which edition of Windows 10 you’ll choose:

Select which media you want to use:

USB flash drive. Attach a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
ISO file. Save an ISO file to your PC, which you can use to create a DVD. After the file is downloaded, you can go to location where the file is saved, or select Open DVD burner, and follow the instructions to burn the file to a DVD. For more info about using an ISO file, see Additional methods for using the ISO file to install Windows 10 section below.

After the installation media is created, follow the steps below to use it.

After completing the steps to install Windows 10, please check that you have all the necessary device drivers installed. To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. You may also wish to visit your device manufacturer’s support site for any additional drivers that may be needed.

Yes i am able to view those files, i am currently in the process of formatting the usb and redoing the download to see if it works

OK, I have heard of people copying the .iso to a drive instead of extracting it manually or using the creation tool option to create the drive. It's possible there was an error in the drive, but if not we can examine the BIOS settings. If this newly prepared USB drive doesn't work, reset the BIOS. Unplug the PC, locate the little coin cell battery and gently press the retention clip to release it. Leave it off for a couple of minutes and try again.

Well i tried that but now i cant get into the bios, pressing delete does nothing and it just brings me to a american megatrends screen that says the specs of the of pc

Hm. The combination of problems could have been caused by a corrupt BIOS out of the box. Some high end boards have a dual bios feature but I see this particular model does not, unfortunately. Some also have a replaceable BIOS chip but it appears this one isn't. As this looks like a new. If the new problem persists after a few restarts, there may be no alternative but to contact ASUS support
