Question Pc not booting anymore

Hello, I recently tried to upgrade my system, however I’m now having issues with it not powering on at all, I’ve tried the new parts and put back the parts from my old build as I thought motherboard was faulty, now it won’t power on with my old build in place, I’ve contacted NZXT support and they did some checks and it’s not the case that’s the issue as it won’t manually boot from motherboard, any help is much appreciated.

Wires in place: PSU to CPU, PSU to Motherboard, PSU to GPU, PSU to SSD’s, front panel (it’s one wire) from case to motherboard, cpu cooler wires to motherboard, fans are plugged in also. (Ram is also plugged in correctly)

My system:
Nzxt h9 flow case
Asus Z170 pro gaming motherboard (old) tried to replace with msi z790 edge Wi-Fi ddr4
I7 6700k cpu (old) tried to replace with i9 12700k
Nzxt kraken 360 rgb liquid cooler
Asus rog 1000W titanium ii
Gtx 1080 (old) tried to replace with gtx 4060ti
4 sticks of 8GB ram Corsair and crucial (2 of each)

I’m having similar issues. I changed the Mobo , the computer was on…all of a sudden it shut down,
Now I can’t get it to even turn on.
I changed the mobo and even the power supply.
The only things new, there is a light on the back of the mobo that lights up red, but still can’t turn it on. I even used a separate power button. Just to rule out the case being faulty. No clue what is going on.
I even tried a new power supply, no go.
