Hello everyone,

For the last few weeks I've had problems with booting my PC. Most of the time it boots just fine, but every now and then (once in 3-4 days) it refuses to boot. I have a MSI B450 tomahawk motherboard with EZ debug LEDS. Whenever my PC does not boot, the CPU led is burning. I've had this problem before, when I still had an overclocked core i5 @ 4,5 ghz and MSI z77a-g43 in my system. I replaced these with a MSI B450 tomahawk and AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and the problem stopped, until a few weeks ago when it started occurring again. For reference, these are the systems I had:

Old:
MSI Z77a-G43 motherboard
Intel core i5 3570k @ 4.5 ghz
Gigabyte AMD RX 580 Gaming 8G
Seasonic x-650 powersupply
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L
Crucial M4 128GB
WD Green 1TB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Corsair LP DDR3 2x4GB

New:
MSI B450 Tomahawk motherboard
AMD ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte AMD RX 580 Gaming 8G
Seasonic x-650 powersupply
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L
Crucial M4 128GB
WD Green 1TB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Corsair LP DDR4 1x8GB

My best guess after replacing the CPU, RAM and mobo is that the PSU is faulty, but before making any further investment in buying new components I just wanted to make sure.
Thanks in advance.

Forget about old system, you have brand new one now, nothing from old one applies any more.
First thing I would check is BIOS version, see if there's newer one.
