Question PC restarts when gaming ?

Hi guys,
I've been having this issue with my PC for a while. Sometimes when under load, it will just restart by itself.
I've changed out the PSU and motherboard but it didn't solve my issue. I attached my event viewer log. It happened at 11:53AM. Please help!~ Thanks!

Mobo: Asrock X570 Taichi AM4
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core 3.60 GHz
GPU: MSI RTX 3080
PSU: Corsair RMX 750W
RAM: GSkill Trident Z 4 x 8GB

Is the 4 x DIMMs a kit? Or separate 2 x kits, or all single stick?

What bios are you running?
