Question Please help! EZ debug led has light on cpu whenever i try to boot. No signal to monitor.

I recently upgraded from a ryzen 5 2600 to a ryzen 5 5600x and whenever i booted up there would be power but no signal and the cpu led on the mobo would light up. I tried my old cpu (ryzen 2600) and the pc boots up normal and works perfectly. My bios is also updated to the latest update.

i’ve tried:

Another Motherboard

Checked for bent pins

checked all cables

Flash Bios startup

Remove CMOS

Unplug all hardware

Reset Bios

Re-seat Ram and all cables

I even returned the 5600x for a new one hoping it was just faulty and found no difference.

Please help me i’ve legit been loosing so much hair and have been on the forums for hours . Thank you

Msi b450 tomohawk max
2x G skil 8 gig ram 2133mz
Amd ryzen 5 5600x
450wt psu

Cpu is perfect, the psu cane with my prebuilt so there’s no name but it’s 450 watts

Borked BIOS update perhaps , you've done a great job with the troubleshooting.

i could try bios update again maybe. But i have no idea what’s wrong
