Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Not Working and Not Charging

I bought the hammerhead tws few months back, by now I've used it mainly for listening music on-the-go. Rarely dropped it by any chance and i always charge it when not used.
Problem starts 2 months ago, i noticed that sometimes one of the earbuds (the right one) needs to be pressed when activating, which it should have for all i know. Now its way worse, the right bud wont even charge using the charger box and only the left one still works normally.
Not sure if it is a technical problem or a problem with the software, any ideas on how to fix it? thanks in advance

First step, contact Razer support so they can figure out if it's a hardware issue and they need to be replaced.

I have the same issue, the right one not charging.
Just the left one that still working..
I have posted the issue in razer forum, but no response
