Question RTX 3080 TUF OC Fans spinning like crazy

I just got my new Asus Rtx 3080 TUF OC, I have it completely stock, havent changed anything, and the fans start spinning full speed it sounds like whenever I play any game, even when I watch some youtube they can kick in. It idles at 35 degrees celcius and just a few degrees above that they start spinning really fast. I tried reinstalling the drivers and also uninstalled my old ones, didnt help. Tried changing the fan curve in MSI afterburner but they just ignored what temps and speeds i setup there.

Any tips on how to fix this?

Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO
16Gb 3200mhz ram

Two things come in mind.
Reseat the GPU in the PCIe slot.
Use DDU in safe mode to remove and reinstall your GPU drivers.

Did you update to the latest 12/14/2020 bios?

Tried all of your tips and nothing worked, seems like this GPU only has 0% fan speed and 100% fan speed

Do you have another program which is polling the GPU for temperature information, like MSI afterburner? Try disabling all 3rd party programs.

I only have Asus utility

I even did a clean windows install today, didnt help
