I just bought the ryzen 7 3800x and mobo aorus x570 pro. Everything's good. I mean it works. But when i turn on the computer , it probably checks cpu vga dram and boot. This mobo has 4 small leds on those , and it goes from the one to the other. After cheking them all, the 2 small leds that my graphics card has , turn off and it starting boot up , but it takes about 3-4 secs after all these to see the aorus logo. (gpu i got is rtx 2060 aorus super) Forgot to say that when it checks the things i said before , for 1 sec i think, cpu's cooler it goes like crazy. Are all these normal ? Did i do something wrong ?
I didn't format the system but i need to check all the other solutions 1st and then try that.

If you just replaced your motherboard you need to perform a clean installation of Windows
https://www.groovypost.com/howto/clean-install-Windows-10/
as your OS will have old chipset drivers left over on there
I did a clean install of windows 10. But same things.
When i start up the computer , it continues taking some time to wake up. As i said before. Nothing changed. On the motherboard , there is an 8 pin and a 4 ping connector for the cpu power suply. My psu has only and 8 pin and i just used that. Would that be a problem ?
