@gcmartini, the Noctua keeps my 2500K @4.2 under 45C even when folding for hours on end (all 4 cores maxed)
@aznshinobi, it's a HAF 922, and the card is great. I hear it O/Cs well but I only put a small bump on it. It comes from the factory (XFX) with 900/1425.
@tjosborne, 4 displays! 8D A 3 screen eyefinty setup plus a 4th for info. All 1080p.

Only thing I would change is the heatsink orientation. Or is it a monster that wont fit due to the memory? Seen a lot of those latley, not sure why companies are doing that knowing the memory is right there.

The only reason I say is because now it will pull hot air up from the GPU which is not good.

Yea. A HD5870 can as can most all of the HD6K series, as long as it has at least one DP. Its the DP that allows the third display when used in a active setup.

45c seems a bit low for full load. Unlss its not full load or you just have it really cold in the house.

Its times like these that I wish I was in Siberia instead of AZ. Pipe some nice iceberg cooling to my PC.

@jimmysmitty, Weather has been pretty cool here lately. Right around 18-20C (~65-70F). As far as I can tell it's a full load, but it may not actually be. I'm not exactly sure how F@H uses CPUs. I'll run prime95 and see how it does with that.

Gotta give the OP a little love.

and finally, for cable management:

Man those massive heatsinks are a tad annoying. Can't put them proper to pull air from the front so you have to pull it from the back of the GPU.

And yes, nice cable job.

Man I wish I had a modular PSU now.... A nice AX850W instead of the TX850W.....

One suggestion, can you guys edit your posts with 1080 or 720p pictures? I hate to scroll on my 32" screen to see the entire picture, it is harder to make an opinion if i only see 1 quarter of the image and have to scroll. Plus not all images are made in optimum conditions and there is lots of noise.

It was the same... I did some cable re-management before the pictures(both threads) because the side pannel was hard to get on..

The USB 3.0 Trick took up a lot of room... (Instead of Looping back via gromets on the back, I used the device that came with the motherboard for a back side USB slots to hook up the front USB3.0's which took up a lot of room the cables from the case were very thick, and the device cables were very thick and both longer then they ever needed to be)

Actually I believe that it is pushing air onto the gpu.... That 7970 can get pretty hot and that might actually help a bit.

The airflow of the case comes from front to back side where is exhausted for the top and back side of the case, installing the cooler in that way not only don't help to your CPU temps, also takes the hot air of your GPU for cool the CPU.

How would it take hot air from the gpu if its blowing onto it. That doesn't make any sense.

Blowing away from GPU. Too poor to buy any more AS5 so for the moment I have to live with it... I appreciate all the opinions everyone! I just painted all my sata cables as well as my 7970. The cables look nice! the gpu... well, that's to be seen...

So finally finalized the sale and purchase.

Officially getting my Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 and my Zalman CNPS10X Performa in 2 days :) Tried to be a little different in my choices that most people w/ the choice of the G3 revision Gigabyte and Performa.
