Question Unable To Boot

Hello! so essentially i’ve been unable to boot at all for the past couple days or so, i’ve had this issue in the past and resolved it by getting a new ram kit but there was nothing wrong with either kit as they are both QVL certified and both full memtest86 ram on them, but here i am again

I’ve been trying everything i can to get into windows but nothing is working at all, removed all usb, all storage etc, tried booting to just a windows boot drive and that crashed before the install media even opened, i am honestly dumbfounded and any advice or thought on how i may be able to fix this would be amazing, i’m also contacting asu’s to try and get their input too

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
RAM: 4x8 GB 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance Pro
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1tb & Samsung 970 Evo 250gb
GPU: Asus ROG Strix 3070ti OC
PSU:RM850x
Cooler:H150i Elite Cappelix

yeah, newest version from the site installed and all drivers are up to date

Have you tried booting with just 1 stick of RAM in the 2nd DIMM slot?

yeah, i tried with 1 stick in each slot

id say last time was probably around January time, got a new ram kit and the issue faded but it’s 110% not a ram issue

no error i mean like i boot the usb through bios, it starts loading and before the media even pops up it crashes, tried with windows media creation tool and rufus, neither give any luck, same with boot, hits the windows logo and just freezes

i can get into bios just fine yes

It sounds more like a problem with Windows rather than the hardware.

id think so too however i’ve tried removing all my drives and booting just with the install usb and that crashes too

ran it when i got my ram about 3 months ago give or take

yes, i’ve created it multiple times with both rufus and windows media creation tool

Asus Technical support may have some ideas for you. I have found them very helpful in the past.

i’m hoping so! they assumed it was corrupted windows install but contacted them again so should hear from them tomorrow, will update with what they say too
