Hi there, I am encountering a graphical issue after installing a new cpu. Here are my computer specs before the upgrade
I know that the 5600 needed a BIOS update for compatability, so I am on the latest BIOS update. I update my graphics drivers, and everything is up to date there.
I noticed that my VRAM on my GPU is idling at ~1990mhz, which looks like it's on the high end.
It's not my monitor or cables because there is no glitching with the old CPU, and I just bought new hdmi and DP cables
The visual glitches only appear when booting up a video game, or a program that has high graphics usage. Why did this start happening after the new installation and why isn't it working?
- ASUS TUF B450-PLUS GAMING Motherboard
- 2x8GB 3000mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM
- AMD RX 6700 XT GPU
- Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
- New upgrade -> Ryzen 5 5600
