Question Want to XMP/Overclock my memory but not sure how and what too exactly (ASUS BIOS)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Overclocked to 1.65GHz
Motherboard: Asus Prime B350-Plus
RAM: Corsair CMK16GX4M2D3000C16 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C16 XMP 2.0
I have been looking into things slowing down my PC when gaming and after updating the BIOS I realised my memory is at 2133 MHz so I figured out what XMP is but can't seem to figure out how to do it. I want my RAM to run at 3000 MHz although I looked on the website for my CPU and it says max is 2667 MHz so should I use 2666 MHz rather than 3000. Also when I looked at videos of people using XMP it seemed simple on EVGA and MSI BIOS as you just select the XMP setting and it automatically configures everything but on my ASUS BIOS it is different as there is no XMP setting, only an Ai Overclock Tuner, Memory Frequency, Voltage increase settings and a bunch of DRAM Timing Control settings I do not understand and don't want to mess with. What exactly should I do/TLDR: Use 2666 MHz or 3000 MHz and how exactly do I do it, do I just change the setting on memory frequency or do I have to change DRAM Timing Control settings and voltage etc.

NVM fixed it found a profile for D.O.C.P (profile 1) where it automatically set everything for 3000 MHz (basically XMP) although if someone does see this and could let me know if 3000 MHz will still work fine for my AMD Ryzen 7 1700 even though it said 2667 MHz on the website that would be appreciated, my computer has booted up and so far works fine. Also if I do need to change my RAM down to 2666 MHz a video tutorial or just what settings I need would also be much appreciated.

Yes it should definitely work although most probably at 2933 MHz.

Try one thing that may work, set DOCP to 3000 and try to set higher frequency for RAM. something like 3200.
