Question Weird electrical sounds coming from PC ?

Hello,
I just bought this pc and its making these noises and i cant pinpoint where its coming from or whats causing it, can anybody help? It makes them even when idle , just sitting in BIOS or desktop.
Its definitely not a wire rubbing in a fan, doesnt seem like coil whine. MOBO speaker beeps once on startup, and then beeps sometimes when compeletely idle, also, the screen flashes on startup with white vertical bars.
I'm scared to try anything intensive so i dont damage the working components.
i3 10100f
1060 6gb msi
8 gb transcend ram
it also came with +8 gb faulty kingston ram but its removed in the second video, its not affecting the sounds
ASUS PRIME H510M-R
hitachi 500 7.2k hdd
kingston 480ssd

I apologize for the quality of the video, but the sound is what matters i guess. I was in a rush to record this to try to get it returned, so i didnt pay much attention to the video quality.

Any advice or suggestion is welcome, or if you recognize any other potential problems please let me know.

At a guess I’d say the scratchy sounds are coming from the HDD
